1. Download the Tenkobo app from Google Play Store or visit our web app
2. Click "Sign Up" and enter your email address
3. Create a secure password

You can start using most features immediately with a free account.

Do I need to pay to use Tenkobo?

Tenkobo offers both free and premium features:

• Free: Basic flashcards, limited quizzes, basic CGPA calculator, price tracking
• Premium: Unlimited access, advanced features, SurpassGames rewards, detailed analytics

Many students find the free version sufficient for their needs. You can always upgrade later.

What devices and features are available on each platform?

Surpass is our intelligent study system designed for O-Level & university-entrance exam preparation and career skills development. It includes 11 subjects:

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods depend on which platform you're using:

• Android App: Google Play Store billing (credit cards, Google Pay, carrier billing)
• iOS App (Coming Soon): Apple App Store billing (credit cards, Apple Pay)
• Web App: Stripe (credit/debit cards), with future support for PayStack (bank cards, bank transfers, USSD) and Flutterwave

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation process depends on where you subscribed:

• Android: Go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Tenkobo > Cancel
• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Tenkobo > Cancel
• Web App: Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policies vary by platform:

• Android/iOS: Refunds handled by Google Play Store/Apple App Store policies
• Web App: Subscriptions purchased through the web app are not eligible for refunds

Do prices include taxes?

All displayed prices include applicable taxes (VAT) as required by Norwegian and local tax laws. You won't see any additional charges at checkout beyond the displayed subscription price.

Why isn't my data syncing between devices?

Data sync requires a stable internet connection and being logged into the same account. Try these steps:

1. Ensure you're connected to the internet
2. Check you're logged into the same account on all devices
3. Force-close and reopen the app
4. Log out and log back in
5. Contact support if the issue persists

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart your device
2. Update to the latest app version
3. Clear the app cache (Android: Settings > Apps > Tenkobo > Storage > Clear Cache)
4. Ensure you have sufficient storage space
5. Check your internet connection
