✅ To Compete:
- • Active Tenkobo account
- • Participate in games during the season
- • Follow fair play guidelines
✅ To Win Prizes:
- • Rank in top 2 on the Global Leaderboard by end of the season
- • Active paid subscription (trial subscriptions do not qualify). Any plan works — Founders, Surpass, FirstClassAI, or a Bundle.
- • At least 50 referral points from active and verified (real) users. You can track your real-time referral points status directly in the app.
- • Submit a short video (2–5 minutes) telling us what you like about Tenkobo, what you'd improve, and features you'd recommend
- • Comply with general and games-specific terms and conditions

Prizes may be subject to applicable withholding taxes as required by local law. Where withholding is legally required, the applicable tax amount will be deducted before payment. Winners are responsible for any additional taxes applicable to their prize winnings in their jurisdiction. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your obligations. Prize amounts are shown in USD and will be converted to local currency at the time of payment using applicable exchange rates.
📄 Disclaimer
By participating in the prize award ceremony and submitting a video, winners agree to the following:
- All videos submitted by winners (2–5 minutes) will be published on Tenkobo's website and social media platforms and will remain online for a minimum of one year from the date of publication.
- All videos and recordings from the live prize distribution ceremony may be used across Tenkobo's marketing channels and social media platforms for a period of one year from the date of the ceremony.
- Winners grant Tenkobo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and incorporate content from submitted videos and the prize distribution ceremony into marketing materials. While raw video footage may be removed from Tenkobo's platforms upon request after the one-year period, any marketing materials already produced and published by Tenkobo (including but not limited to promotional videos, advertisements, compilations, and website content) shall be licensed to Tenkobo in perpetuity and may remain published.

Note: Season 1 ran for 6 months (ending May 31, 2026) to give users a fighting chance and due to initial app store approval delays. Going forward, there will be 2 seasons per year. Each season will feature a 3-month active competition, and the remaining time will be a cooling-off period. The specific active competition window will be communicated each season. Season 2 active competition runs from September 1 to November 30, 2026.
