The Mission
Tenkobo is on a mission to put world-class study tools in the hands of every Nigerian student. From the competitive thrills of SurpassGames to the precision of FirstClassAI, we are changing how students learn, compete, and manage their academic life.
We are looking for 13 visionary Growth Leads — one for each of our priority states — to lead our on-ground school campaigns.

What You'll Do
As a State Growth Lead, you are the face of Tenkobo in your region.
Drive User Acquisition
Hit your state's WAU target: 3,000 for Lagos, 2,000 for other states.
Campus Activation
Organize "Storms," lecture-room shoutouts, and student group meetups.
Feature Advocacy
Show students how to master their exams using Mock Exams, Short Quizzes, SurpassGames, and Flashcards.
Champion the Prize
Spread the word about our ₦1,000,000 Launch Prize and school leaderboards. See details here.
Secondary Schools: While our primary focus is on tertiary institutions, Growth Leads may also engage with SS2 and SS3 students preparing for UTME/JAMB using Tenkobo's Surpass module. This is a bonus opportunity, not a core requirement.

Who You Are
The ideal Growth Lead has these qualities:
You are a "plug" on campus
Current student or recent graduate with strong campus connections — SUG member, Departmental Leader, or someone who still knows how to move things on campus.
You are persuasive, energetic, and tech-savvy
You can sell ice to Eskimos and explain tech features in simple terms.
You have the grit to move between schools
Willing to travel within your state and put in the work to hit your targets.
