How do I prove I'm a current NYSC, NSS, or NYS participant? ▼
For the Career Starter free tier, you don't need to prove anything upfront — anyone can use it. We periodically verify status for users who claim service-year discounts on the Premium tier (typically a one-time photo of your call-up letter, NYSC ID, or NSS posting letter).
I graduated 2 years ago and never did NYSC. Can I still use the free tier? ▼
Yes. The "fresh graduate within 12 months" framing is the typical use case, but the Career Starter tier is open to anyone preparing for first-job applications. Older graduates often have the most catching-up to do, and we're not going to gate that.
Will this help me get into management consulting / investment banking / Big Tech? ▼
The Career Starter tier covers the fundamentals — aptitude tests, basic interviews, CV essentials. For elite tracks (MBB consulting, BB investment banking, FAANG software roles), you'll want the Premium tier's case-style interview practice and industry-specific deep dives. Does Tenkobo connect me to employers or job openings? ▼
Not directly — we're a preparation tool, not a job board. You still need to apply through normal channels (employer career pages, LinkedIn, referrals). What we do is make sure that when you do apply, you survive each gate.
